Bethany is seeking new members for its team of residential mission workers. Bethany offers a place of rest, encouragement and restoration for Christian workers and their families serving in Hong Kong and beyond. We are committed to the approach of “Soul Care” of Christians from all church backgrounds and take a special emphasis serving cross-cultural workers. Please you join us in our ministry!

Reservations and Reception Lead
Finance and Administration Lead
Each role will support and offer, in their own ways, the general Soul Care of our guests. We hope these positions interest you, but most importantly that you feel a calling to Bethany! We aim select new team members by January 2023 and have them start serving soon after.
We have recently secured staff to cover our Kitchen Cooking and Management needs-praise God!
Belonging to the Bethany team offers a wonderful opportunity to engage in mission by ministering to those working in many challenging areas.

Serve as a project (day) volunteer:
Bethany runs by the support of people’s financial gifts but also by the gift of service. Since Bethany is a charitable organization which runs on low operating costs, we rely on volunteers to increase our capacity to serve people well and provide an exceptional place to retreat to.
Use your gifts, talents, but most importantly your heart to serve others right here at Bethany!
